The Town of Oakville's two-page Energy Efficiency Design Summary: Prescriptive Method (Building Code Part 9, Residential), a designer's form for showing that a house design follows the SB-12 prescriptive method, revised December 1, 2016. It records project information, the compliance package, design conditions, insulation values, window and mechanical ratings and the designer's name, BCIN and signature, then adds a guide to completing it with airtightness targets.
