Overview

Toronto Building's one-page application for authority to occupy a building, published on the Toronto Building forms index. It records the street address, the proposed area in floors and suites to be occupied, the number of dwelling units to be occupied and a proposed occupancy date marked for ten business days' advance notice, followed by the applicant's contact details and signature. A printed note ties payment to Chapter 363 of the City of Toronto Municipal Code and covers the first five hours of inspection time.
