Toronto Building's request for a special inspection carried out on an overtime basis, published on the Toronto Building forms index. The first page records the district office, IBMS property RSN, project address and permit numbers, the date and type of inspection sought, and the applicant's contact details, closing with a declaration undertaking to pay the fees set out in Chapter 363 of the City of Toronto Municipal Code. A second office use page logs the inspector, hours authorized and manager's signature.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
