The City of Toronto's declaration for electromagnetic locking devices, completed by the installer and countersigned by the building owner or representative. A six-point checklist covers the fire alarm system's conformity with subsection 3.2.4 of the OBC, the five conditions under which the device releases, the manual pull station within 600 mm of the door, the emergency exit sign's lettering, emergency lighting at the door, and manual reset. The installer then certifies a fail-safe installation against the OBC, the Canadian Electrical Code and CAN/ULC standards.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
