Overview

The applicant guide to CivCheck, the guided AI pre-check platform the City of Toronto carries on its building application pre-check path. Six pages walk through creating an account, setting up a project, sorting and identifying files for document review, and working the intake review checks, including how to highlight information on a plan and how to mark a check as not applying. It closes with submitting the pre-check, copying the project id and downloading the report, noting the pre-check does not replace official review.
