Toronto Building's three-page Commitment to General Reviews, linked from the forms index and from more than twenty permit guides, from large buildings, HVAC, plumbing and backflow permits to underpinning, basement entrances, tents, designated structures, green roofs and sign permits. In Part A the owner confirms that an architect or professional engineers are retained for general review under OAA and PEO performance standards and that review reports go to the Chief Building Official, and names a co-ordinator. Part B holds up to six consultants' declarations by discipline.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
