Overview

City of Toronto By-law 1018-2026, enacted July 30, 2026, amending Zoning By-law 569-2013 for sixty-six lots on Baldwin Street and one on Huron Street. The City links it from its Zoning By-law 569-2013 page as implementing the Chinatown Tomorrow Planning Study. In six pages it changes the zone label in Section 990.10 from R (f4.5;d1.0) (x835) to R (f4.5; d1.0) (x231) and adds Article 900.2.10 Exception Number 231, then ends with two diagrams. Both are map-only.
