Five City of Toronto in-force zoning sheets, one per policy area: Queen Street, Old Town, Corktown, West Don Lands and the Distillery District. Each dashes its policy area boundary in blue over the zoning labels and their density and height figures, with hatching marking lands that point to Former City of Toronto By-law No. 438-86. The shared legend reads R, CR and CRE, O and OR, and the district letters R3, CR, MCR, RA, I2, I3, IC and G. The companion sheet on the same path is the height overlay.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
