Overview

City of Toronto By-law 1075-2026, enacted July 30, 2026, amending Zoning By-law 569-2013 with respect to low-carbon technologies. The City links it from its Zoning By-law 569-2013 page as modernizing zoning regulations for low-carbon technologies. Across 17 pages it replaces regulation 5.10.75.1(2) on the relation of the by-law to the Electricity Act, then makes a long series of numbered amendments deleting and adding wording in the zoning by-law's regulations. It has no site-specific diagrams and applies city-wide.
