Overview

City of Toronto By-law 1392-2024, enacted December 18, 2024, amending Zoning By-law 1325-2023, as amended by By-law 915-2024(PLN), with respect to the Regent Park Area. The City lists it on its Zoning By-law 569-2013 page for modifications to development permissions in Regent Park. Across six pages it replaces Maps 1, 2 and 3 and replaces Section 2.n) with revised wording on permitted tower areas, maximum heights and floor plate sizes by tower type.
