Overview

City of Toronto By-law 635-2026, enacted June 25, 2026, which amends Zoning By-law 609-2026(OLT) and the Height Overlay Map of Zoning By-law 569-2013 for publicly owned development blocks in Ookwemin Minising, formerly Villiers Island, bounded by the Keating Channel, Don River and Inner Harbour. The City links it as implementing an updated development concept plan. Its nine pages replace diagrams of By-law 609-2026(OLT) and end with six diagrams, including lands to be rezoned and the height overlay.
