The City of Toronto's grading certificate for infill housing, addressed to the Chief Building Official and completed after construction. It opens by reciting Sentence B-9.14.6.1. of Ontario Regulation 350/06 on siting and grading so water will not accumulate at or near the building or adversely affect adjacent properties, then records the date of the grading consultant's field review and certifies the final grades against the site grading plan reviewed by Toronto Building and the lot grading criteria. Project, owner and consultant details fill the two pages.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
