The City of Toronto's diagram of fire department access to a laneway suite, dated February 28, 2025, linked from its guidance on providing that access and the laneway counterpart to the garden suite sheet. Two figures show access reached across the property and access reached from the lane or street. Labels give travel distance (a) from fire hydrant to fire truck at up to 45 metres and travel distance (b) from fire truck to the suite entrance at up to 45 metres, or 90 with an additional fire-safety measure.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
