The Energy Efficiency Design Summary for Part 9 houses using the Performance or Other Acceptable Compliance Methods of SB-12, a form authorized by OHBA, OBOA and LMCBO and posted by Toronto Building beside the prescriptive-method summary. It records the compliance option — SB-12 performance, ENERGY STAR or R-2000 — climatic zone, heating fuel and efficiency, window-to-wall ratio, insulation and mechanical ratings, annual energy use against the SB-12 reference package, simulation software and airtightness baseline. A completion guide and the reference air leakage rates follow.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
