A one-page City of Toronto template for site plan control applications where a green roof is called for under Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 492, Green Roofs; its table is copied onto the roof plan. It has two parts: an available roof space calculation, taking gross floor area as defined in the green roof by-law, total roof area, residential private terraces, rooftop outdoor amenity space, renewable energy devices and tower roof area with a floor plate under 750 square metres; and green roof coverage, required and proposed.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
