Overview

A one-page Town of Aurora Committee of Adjustment form headed Request for Decision, with spaces for the meeting date, agenda item number, application name and file numbers. An important notice cites Planning Act Section 45(10) for minor variances and permissions and Section 53(17) for consents on notice of the decision, followed by name, address, telephone and e-mail fields. The Town links it as the Request for Further Notice Form, from its Committee of Adjustment page.
