The City of Brampton Building Division's homeowner package for installing new plumbing fixtures or finishing roughed-in plumbing, bundling the requirements sheet with Schedule 1: Designer Information, the applicable law checklist and a sample drawing. The sheet lists a plan view of the existing floor area with each proposed fixture located and labelled, such as a new sink, laundry tub or shower, as the sample drawing shows, and names the $326.21 fee for the standard 10 day permit application service and the condominium common element notice.
