The City of Hamilton Building Division's demolition application checklist. Four Ontario Building Code questions ask about building height and area, pre-tensioned or post-tensioned members, demolition below adjacent footings within the angle of repose, and the use of explosives or lasers. Six environmental questions follow, on industrial use history, fluid storage tanks, outstanding Ministry orders, polychlorinated biphenyls, ozone depleting substances and WHMIS controlled products. Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks notes on contaminant control plans and Ministry of Labour notes close the sheet, ahead of a signed applicant declaration.
