This is the City of Hamilton’s document, as published on its website on 19 October 2026. The municipality may have changed it since: check the current version at the source. Legal notice
The City of Hamilton's request form for changing the name of an existing street, distinct from the city's pre-approved street name submission form used to propose new names. It records the applicant's name and mailing address, the current street name and the segment between intersections, and the reason for the requested change. It prints a $2,670.00 processing fee per street, payable to the City of Hamilton and delivered with the request to the Planning and Economic Development Department, and notes that departmental decisions on street names are final.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
