Linked on the City's website as a tree preservation by-law, By-law 2013-136 calls itself the Road Occupancy By-law and regulates the use, alteration and occupancy of highways in the City of Markham: obstructions, use of a boulevard, boulevard patios, publication dispensing devices and road occupancy permits, with Section 5.0 on boulevard trees. It repeals By-laws 191-89 (Fouling of Streets), 68-92 (Trees on Highways) and 158-93 (Curb Cuts). Consolidated for convenience to March 25, 2014, it includes schedules of road occupancy fees and security deposits.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
