Overview

The City of Markham's certificate confirming that an infill residential lot has been graded and drained as approved. Addressed to the Chief Building Official under Division B, Sentence 9.14.6.1.(1) of the Ontario Building Code, it follows a field review of the final grades and certifies that grading and drainage match the plan reviewed by Markham Development Engineering, that the site has been fully stabilized with sod or other ground cover, and that neighbouring properties are not adversely affected. The grading consultant signs and affixes a seal.
