Overview

The City of Markham Engineering Department's one-page Lot Grading Undertaking Release Form, in the copy linked from the Residential Infill Grading and Servicing (RGS) Application Process page under Engineering Services. It asks for release of the lot grading undertaking deposit once grading is done, and records the municipal address, registered land owner, any separate applicant, and the application type (Type-I or Type-II) with its RGS number. It names the as-constructed lot grading survey and sealed lot grading certification that accompany it.
