Overview
The City of Markham's three-page Plumbing Data Form - Housing, dated June 2022, printed for all Part 9 housing applications and distinct from its one-page form for interior alterations. It sorts projects into infill residential (new custom homes and larger additions) and other housing, among them coach houses and accessory buildings with plumbing, then records building drains and sewers, fixture counts, and water service pipe sizing from a fixture-unit hydraulic load under Table 7.6.3.2.A of Division B of the OBC. A designer and the permit applicant each sign a declaration.
