The Applicable Law Checklist is the City of Markham's form for confirming which other agencies must approve a project before a building permit can be issued. It groups approvals by authority — City Planning, the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of the Environment, the Region of York, the Ministry of Education and the Electrical Safety Authority — with a yes or no against each question, followed by a declaration the applicant signs.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
