Overview
Markham Building Standards' two-page ePLAN quick reference on checking the status of a permit application, dated May 2023 and linked from the City's ePLAN guides page as Checking Application Status. It explains where the Status column appears in the ePLAN portal and defines the four file statuses, Pre Application, Application, Reviewed and Issued. For a file at the Application stage, it shows where the Process List gives each plans review process, its assigned examiner's email, and the process statuses Open, Review in Progress, Determined, Queued and Closed.
