Overview
Markham Building Standards' three-page ePLAN quick reference on paying fees online, dated May 2023 and listed with the City's ePLAN guides and tutorials. Fourteen illustrated steps run from the My Development Applications page and an application's Fees section through the Pay and Add to Cart buttons, the shopping cart, secure checkout by credit card and printing the receipt. A note sets out the City's payment policy limiting one online transaction to $60,000, with the balance paid in a separate transaction. It sits beside the City's other ePLAN quick references.
