Overview

The City of Markham's Authorization to Install Sign, dated July 2019, the one-page form that accompanies a sign permit application. It records the sign location or property address and the sign type (wall, ground, projecting, canopy, awning or other), the registered property owner or a company representative with signing authority, and the party to be authorized.
