Overview
Markham Building Standards' two-page ePLAN quick reference on passwords, dated May 2023 and listed with the City's ePLAN guides and tutorials. Its first steps change the password of a signed-in ePLAN account through the User Name menu and Update Password; the second set recovers a forgotten one through Forgot Password, an emailed code, the account's security question and an emailed temporary password, which the sheet strongly recommends replacing at the next login. It sits beside the City's other ePLAN quick references, on registering, uploading files and paying online.
