Overview

Markham Building Standards' five-page ePLAN quick reference on comments, dated January 2023 and linked from the City's ePLAN guides page as Finding and Sharing Comments. It defines the three comment types, Checklists used at Pre-Application, Markups (Changemarks) on individual drawings, and examiners' Comments, then walks through viewing them in the Workflow Review Comments Viewer with their Info Only, Unresolved and Resolved statuses and entering responses. Later sections cover exporting the comments to an Excel spreadsheet for a design team and importing the Excel responses back into ePLAN.
