Overview
Markham Building Standards' one-page ePLAN quick reference on downloading files, dated July 2019 and listed with the City's ePLAN guides and tutorials. Its Site Requirements section lists what is printed and kept on site once a permit is issued: the Permit Placard, posted visibly and kept with the approved drawings, and one set of approved permit drawings and documents printed to a reasonable scale and in colour. Seven steps then show where an issued permit's Documents section is and how the checked approval documents download as one zipped folder.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
