The City of Markham's plumbing data form, submitted by the permit applicant together with a building permit application for building types outside Part 9 housing, which has its own Plumbing Data Form – Housing. It records the building type — residential, industrial/commercial or institutional, new or altered — building drains and sewers, water and sewage servicing (municipal, private, or well/septic), a detailed count of plumbing fixtures such as water closets, sinks and floor drains, domestic and fire water service pipe sizing, backflow preventers and fire hydrants, and the combustible or noncombustible materials used on the project.
