Overview
The City of Markham's Water Service Pipe Sizing form for infill residential projects, dated March 2026: a new custom home, an addition increasing gross floor area by more than 25%, or new construction replacing more than 50% of an existing building by demolition. It records existing and new drains, sewers and water services, calculates the hydraulic load in fixture units for each fixture from Table 7.6.3.2.A of Division B of the OBC, and records the designed water service pipe size, with the designer's declaration and explanatory notes.
