City of Mississauga By-law 0083-2006, the Municipal Servicing By-law, passed in February 2006 under subsection 34(5) of the Planning Act. It ties new residential units in a plan of subdivision, a condominium or a severed lot to the City confirming that municipal services are available, and lists when they count as available: base course asphalt, operational watermains and sewers, disinfection and pressure testing to OPSS 701 and AWWA standards, fire flow tests, street signs and a consulting engineer's catchbasin certificate. Construction sheds, model homes and sales offices are set apart.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
