Mississauga's fee worksheet for Official Plan Amendment, rezoning and plan of subdivision applications, Form 2811, revised December 2025. It works out the combined OPA and Zoning By-law Amendment fee from a $53,222 base with residential unit and non-residential rates, then rezoning only, temporary use by-laws, OPA only, and surcharges for environmental review, parking utilization studies and heritage impact assessments. Page two covers plan of subdivision fees, including road-only plans and the 70% rate when filed with a rezoning, a $500 notice sign deposit, and notes on revisions and recirculation.
