Form 2812, the six-page planning information schedule for Official Plan Amendment, rezoning and subdivision applications in Mississauga, revised March 2026. It begins with the Mississauga Official Plan 2051: existing and proposed designations, the purpose of the amendment, density and height policies, removal of employment land, and consistency with provincial policy and plans. It then records existing and proposed zoning, associated applications, existing and proposed land uses with units, parking and gross floor area, the residential unit mix by tenure, a building summary with heights and setbacks, and other project details.
