A one-page Town of Oakville sample letter of lot grading certification for a building permit, on company letterhead from a P.Eng or OLS and addressed to the Chief Building Officer, Building Services. Bracketed blanks stand for the date, property owner, address and permit number, followed by two printed paragraphs certifying a visual inspection, the grading and drainage elements, and the effect on adjacent properties and the Town's right-of-way. It parallels the Development Engineering grading certification samples.
