Overview

Site Alteration Permit Process Guide for Site Plans, a one-page table from the Town of Oakville, marked v. Aug. 2023. It sets out six stages of the Development Engineering Permit Application (DEPA) for site alteration on a site plan: prior to submission, with the Director's written confirmation to proceed ahead of Site Plan Approval, then submission, intake, circulation and review, security calculation and the earthworks pre-construction meeting. It is the site plan counterpart of the Town's guide for subdivisions, and sits beside the Site Plan By-law.
