The Town of Oakville's Subdivision Agreement Security Reduction Request Guide, a six-page November 2013 guide from the Community Development Commission. It explains how a developer asks the Town to reduce subdivision agreement securities, up to twenty-five percent of the value of Schedule B Roads and Site Works, Schedule C Storm Sewers and Schedule G Drainage and Erosion, lists the documents sent with a request, gives the 2013 fee for later requests, and ends with a sample application and a sample owner's statutory declaration.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
