Overview

A two-page Town of Oakville form of unconditional, irrevocable standby letter of credit in favour of The Corporation of the Town of Oakville, with blanks for bank, developer, amount and expiry. Its text sets out drawing on written demand, a certificate signed by the Town's Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer, reduction by written notice, renewal and partial drawings, and ends with a signature line for the bank's signing officer. A second page lists acceptable chartered banks. It is the Letter of Credit template that the site plan guide links.
