The Golf Course and Recreational Facilities Best Management Guidelines, Version 1.0, a 20-page Halton Region Official Plan Guideline brought before the Inter-Municipal Liaison Committee in June 2014. It describes Halton's expectations for applications for new, expanded or redeveloped golf courses and driving ranges: the general application review process, phased pre-consultation, the contents of a complete application (golf course plan, planning justification, agriculture, natural heritage and hazards, other studies) and the application review and final plan. Oakville links it from its Halton Regional Official Plan page.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
