Livestock Facility Guidelines, Version 1.0, a 26-page Halton Region Official Plan Guideline brought before the Inter-Municipal Liaison Committee on June, 18 2014; it replaces the July 2007 Livestock Facility Guidelines (Odour). Halton Region publishes it to clarify how the provincial Minimum Distance Separation formulae apply between livestock facilities and non-farm uses. It covers urban area expansions, non-farm uses, replacement or improvement of facilities, new or expanding operations, earthen manure storage, livestock conversions and complementary initiatives. Oakville links it from its Official Plan pages.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
