Regional Program For Community Improvement Plans (CIPs) Guidelines, Version 1.0, a 14-page Halton Region Official Plan Guideline brought before Regional Council on September 14, 2016 as Attachment #1 to Report LPS94-16. Halton Region publishes it for local municipalities that seek Regional support for their own CIP programs. It gives an overview of the program, the key Regional Official Plan policies it can implement, such as intensification, brownfields, affordable housing, agriculture and cultural heritage, and the request process and program requirements. Oakville links it from its Official Plan pages.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
