Hydrogeological Studies & Best Management Practices for Groundwater Protection Guidelines, Version 1.0, a 50-page Halton Region Official Plan Guideline brought before the Inter-Municipal Liaison Committee on June, 18 2014. Halton Region publishes it for development with individual on-site water and sewage services. It covers Stage 1 and Stage 2 hydrogeological investigations, private water supplies, private sewage disposal systems, minimum lot sizing and quality impact, with appendices of parameter tables, worked impact calculations and a glossary. Oakville links it from its Official Plan pages.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
