The Agricultural Impact Assessment (AIA) Guidelines, Version 1.0, a 20-page Halton Region Official Plan Guideline brought before the Inter-Municipal Liaison Committee in June 2014. It states its purpose and the users it addresses, then sets out what an AIA contains, from description of the proposal and applicable planning policies to physical resource inventory, agricultural viability, impacts, alternative locations and mitigation, followed by the review and scoping procedures. Oakville links it from its Halton Regional Official Plan page.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
