On Farm Business Guidelines, Version 1.0, a 32-page Halton Region Official Plan Guideline brought before the Inter-Municipal Liaison Committee on June, 18 2014. Halton Region publishes it to clarify the types of use that may be considered on-farm businesses under the Regional Official Plan, and the criteria local official plans, zoning by-laws and guidelines can draw on. It covers agricultural uses, agriculture-related uses, on-farm diversified uses, horticultural trade uses and implementation. Oakville links it from its Official Plan pages.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
