The Guideline for Coordinated Municipal Responses to Renewable Energy (REA) Proposals, Version 1.0, an 18-page Halton Region Official Plan Guideline brought before the Inter-Municipal Liaison Committee in June 2014. It gives the Region and local municipalities a framework for responding to renewable energy projects under the Green Energy and Green Economy Act, 2009, covering municipal consultation, the role of municipalities, the municipal consultation form, triggers for regional and local response, actions and a registry of REA applications. Oakville links it from its Halton Regional Official Plan page.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
