Noise Abatement Guidelines, Version 1.0, an 18-page Halton Region Official Plan Guideline brought before the Inter-Municipal Liaison Committee on June, 18 2014. Halton Region publishes it as an overview of the Region's Noise Attenuation Technical Policy. It covers existing residential development, with retrofit requests, sound level criteria and noise barrier design; Regional road projects; and new development, with approval criteria, mitigation and cost. Oakville links it from its Official Plan and Development Application Guidelines pages, beside the other Regional Official Plan guidelines.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
