A one-page checklist from the Town of Oakville for an applicant arranging a Public Information Meeting about a development application. It lists the cost of the mailing list, the timing of the mailed notice, an evening meeting start no earlier than 6:30 p.m., venue or virtual meeting arrangements, the contents of the notice (address or legal description, location map, date and time, proposal, optional QR code), consulting Ward Councillors, and sending the attendee list to the Legislative Coordinator, and it names that contact.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
