Overview

A two-page Oakville sheet in the Development application guidelines series on two related drawings for Site Plan Control: a lighting plan showing the location, height and type of fixtures and the electrical supply, and a photometric plot plan showing fixture locations and illumination levels in lux. It names engineers, planners, architects or landscape architects as preparers, lists items such as mounting heights, full cut-off dark sky notations and readings 6.0 m beyond property lines, and points to By-law 2010-070.
