This is the Town of Oakville’s document, as published on its website on 22 October 2026. The municipality may have changed it since: check the current version at the source. Legal notice
A one-page Town of Oakville template marked Schedule “B”, in which a solicitor certifies to The Corporation of the Town of Oakville that a named owner holds good and marketable title in fee simple to described land, subject to numbered exceptions. Bracketed prompts stand in for the solicitor's name, owner, land description and place and date of execution, and a closing paragraph allows delivery by email or facsimile. The Site Plan Application Process Guide names a draft Solicitor's Certificate among items for a site plan agreement.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
